i bought a ring during the first week of january for my wife as it was her birthday a week after. When she opened the ring on her birthday we noticed a diamond missing from the ring. I called american swiss store is cresta to advise them of the missing diamond and that i cant find the slip. The guy said its fine i can bring the ring and he will check on the system. When we got there i showed them proof on my bank statement that the ring was purchased from them. Today is 3 weeks since they got the ring and they have not repaired it because they cant find it on the system. This is utter bull **** because they sold me the ring with the missing diamond and if i showed them proof of the purchase then what stops them from sorting the ring out
