American Swiss HO refund taking a month

On 01.04.2024 I went to the American Swiss in Vaal Mall to pay my account. The payment was wrongfully processed on the card machine for R5000 in stead of R500. The assistant at your store has been very helpfull trying to get my refund back by phoning and following up with your headoffice. Today is the 25th and no refund yet received. This is a lot of money. When you want payment it need to be immediately, but if you need to pay me back you take almost a month. THis is UNACCEPTABLE from your head office. SORT THIS OUT!
