American Swiss Greenstone - Useless
If I had to describe this place I would use every single swear word known to man!!
They are utterly useless in all sense!
On 03 November 2020 I took in my engagement ring for a resizing. They informed me that I will be contacted in the next few days with a quote. On 11 November 2020 I went in to find out what is happening with my ring as I have not been contacted. To which they phoned the workshop and gave me a quote. With the quote being far out of my budget I declined the quote to which I was informed that my ring will be ready for collection the following day (12 November). Today I went in (13 November) to find out what is happening with my ring, just to find out that it is still in the workshop and I need to come through and collect it on Monday! The person assisting today, after me saying im coming to collect the ring, phoned the workshop to find out what the quote is!! I SAID IM COLLECTING!
This is absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE SUPPORT THEM! They are useless and by the reviews I've seen on here it is very well known that they are incapable of delivering a service!
