American Swiss fails again

So my dad got me a pair of silver bangles and I didn't really like them so we took them back and they were like "oh we can't take them back because there's a dent in it" How do we know there wasn't a dent in it when we bought them like and the today we got them back and now there's 2 dents in them guys in so ****ed off because its like a slap in the face I wouldn't recommend you buying anything from them
