I would hereby thank a few staff members for their prompt help. After my big sock of the item, I bought for R699 and the quote that I received of R2885.58 to fix it. I contacted the Brooklyn Mall store and explained the situation and that I was very disappointed. The store manager Antoinette advised me to contact the area manager Susan Saunders. Susan said she will follow up and get back to me. The next day the branch manager Antionette phoned back, and they replaced the item. I was very surprised, I really thought this is going to be one of that lost case situations. I just want to thank everyone for their kind assistance.
