AMERICAN SWISS ERMELO

I went into a lay-buy agreement with the Ermelo store and some months I paid more than others. My wife received a call today to say our last day to pay is Monday 18th October 2022. When I try to contact the store nobody answers to assist. I understand that I’m supposed to be making payment, at the same time, circumstances change and at the very least, there ought to be an allowance or some penalty app**** which grants me a few more days to make payment.
