American Swiss engagement let down

My daughter and her fiance recently got engaged he had bought the ring from American Swiss, not knowing much about ring sizes. The ring was too big and when they asked American Swiss if they could re-size it, they said they would have to pay R500.00 for that. Considering that engagement rings are very expensive, and how special an engagement should be, American Swiss you can do better than that!
