AMERICAN SWISS EASTGATE BAD SERVICE

I purchased an engagement ring from american swiss EASTGATE and got the worst service from Ayanda and other staff, i am a male so why would i take a ring a brand new ring and go damage it, so upon returning the ring she refused to change it due to it having a small scratch barely visible to the naked eye, refused to call the manager of sterns and decided to let me try and speak to the sterns manager INCONSIDERATE because i stay in Randburg firstly, and she refused to even try and assist me. i will not leave this here i am taking it further.
