American swiss disgusting service

Disgusted with the service i got from American swiss,i bought a ring for my mom as a gift, she did not like the gift i then returned to the Kenilworth center branch, they then told me they cannot refund me because they do not hsve any cash in the store so i have to take something else to the same value, i then chose a ring(forced) and did the sale ,upon returning the item again they then told me that the ring has already been refunded ,but i am still in possession of the item, its been weeks untill now i have not received not even a phonecall from the area manager or any service, their services is pathetic and they do not know customer service
