American Swiss Disappoints
I was shopping for a Star of David pendant and necklace. Firstly the sales staff are unaware what a Star of David is and they do not keep any stock. So my shopping experience was a waste of time. Therefter I went online to make the purchase. Lo and behold, American Swiss do not stock such a basic item. i feel the buyers are not as knowledgeable as they should be
