American Swiss disappointing

I'm extremely disappointed. I bought my wedding ring of which I only used on the 2nd November (wedding day) the next day the 3rd of November while boarding my flight to leave South Africa I realized it's changing color only to see that the hole ring is bent. I got back to South Africa on Wednesday and went in to the branch of which I bought it from today (17/11/2019). They say I bent it with force(lol never knew I was that strong) okay but what about the color being confused they say silver dont agree to my body(yet I'm standing in front of them and every peace of jewelry on me is silver including the T in my mouth. Well the result came down to they wana send it for checking before they do anything then polish it and return it which is uter bul**** cos time is money and no one is reimbursing for my time or fuel for running around truly am disgusted with the attitude the consultants gave towards myself and my wife
