American Swiss Cresta Mall is a ****!!!!!

I bought a Temp Watch in November the 9th if am not mistaken After a week of wearing the watch while walking the watch fell because of a lose ***** and the glass got damaged Went back to the store saw the watch took to the manager and she came back saying no we are going to take it in you don’t have to pay for anything

Fast forward it took them 3months to repair the watch got a notification to come collect today which is the 12th of February 2025 watch frustrates me the most when collecting the watch all of a sudden I have a fee to pay when I advised you guys said I mustn’t pay a whole manager with an attitude saying it’s your word against mine!!!

I have never felt so much dissatisfaction and disappointment in my whole life!!!!

This is American Swiss Cresta Mall My advice never go buy there! Left my watch and told to wear it herself
