American Swiss Cape Gate bad service.

American Swiss Cape Gate , one of the worst customer service I have experienced. As a regular customer at this store I have had the loveliest experience about a month ago with a lady that apparently no longer works there. That’s a shame , seeing the terrible service I’ve received a few days ago. As I enter the store a short girl and another lady standing, conversing,laughing no attention paid to the customers in store. I finally left annoyingly and decided to rather spend my money somewhere else. Not long after my daughter meets me and says there’s a big guy at American Swiss that constantly creeps her out , when assisting her he calls her pet names ,”my love” , “sweetheart” “skat” etc , asking her if she has a “boyfriend”. As a store assistant that is highly inappropriate behaviour. Not to speak about the ignorance of the two ladies chit chatting instead of assisting their customers. Also, as a jewellery store with that volume of music is astounding . That store will never see my money again. Absolute joke of a store.
