American Swiss - Cant repair a 3 year old Tempo watch

Good day I bought a tempo watch from american swiss Graaff Reinet about 3 years ago. Beginning of the year the one strap was torn about 5mm on the side. I took it in to the store for repairs end of March 2026. The lady told me that they need to send it away and repairs should take about 3 weeks. Now, 3 MONTHS later the lady phoned me and told me that the watch is ready for collection. I fetched the watch, just to get back home and realise that it wasn't repaired at all!!!! I phoned her and asked about it and she said that "there is no parts available"...What nonsense is this! How can american swiss sell things and offer repairs if they don't have parts!Why would anyone buy the product if it can't be repaired after 3 years???If the watch was 20 years old, I can understand, but not 3 years. I need this to be repaired or resolved please.
