American Swiss Canal Walk Bad Service.

Few hours ago. Me and my family had one of the worst service I have experienced in a long while. Me and my sister was at American Swiss Canal Walk to have our Tempo watches booked in for repairs and fitment. It took the 8 staff members 20 minutes before we where helped after my sister asked them for assistance. The one staff member a male as busy buying watches personally while on duty and just brush us off as he and another staff member a lady was busy talking about making plans together after work. So when we finally got assisted we where handed off everytime to another staff member to get our watches booked in. The last straw was when a staff member the fourth one didn't know what he must do. So I told my sister to take our watches and business somewhere else as I couldn't take the unprofessional attitude anymore and will not return to any American Swiss store anymore. To think this a store in Canal Walk that's giving clients such bad service.
