AMERICAN SWISS CANAL WALK

Iv just visited American Swiss store in Canal Walk..and most probably had one of the worst customer experiences I have had in a very long time. I am a bride to be and am searching for the perfect wedding ring with my fiance working abroad I am left to do most of the planning and purchasing..I was not greeted or acknowledged by any of your staff members I HAD to greet them..bcz i am dressed in shorts a tracksuit top and a peak cap..my loyalty is not worth even a recognition when walking around looking at potential purchases...THANX ALOT!!!!!!
