american swiss badquality and service

<p>i have bought a silver ring at American swiss for my husband,a week after the wedding the silver started to come off.The ring looked like i bought it out of a lucky packetThey put it in some jewelery cleaner at the shop and the silver also started to fade.i took the ring back and they said they had to send it for a quality check.After a week they phoned back and said that apparently the ring had been worn too much and that my husband damaged the ring after working with it.Mind you he doesnt even work with stuff that could damage the ring! Hes a full time preacher/minister!i mean what quality do you sell to people if the silver comes off after a week and what is the purpose of the ring?to wear it?not so? i have to pay now to get it fixed! sies you sell **** to people.My last time doing bussiness with American swiss MAlmesbury.</p>
