American Swiss Bad store

I bought a phone in promenade at American Swiss In October the phone started giving me problems and only responded if connected on WiFi suffered big time when I had to leave the house took the phone back to store they gave me a **** attitude that they want proof that I had bought it there, i told them I had lost my receipt I would have to check my bank statement, I couldn’t see because they also had load shedding on the day I had bought my phone so much was happening.

I asked them after having signed so many things and left my information there in store is there nothing you can do on your side to check is there no footage don’t you guys know how many sales u made on that specific phone in the past year they did absolutely nothing to assist me I have been without a phone for over 3 weeks now they said they would assist me and check still nothing😭💔💔💔💔💔

And this is after I have told them that I have been without a phone for so long stupid store I regret from buying at that store
