american Swiss bad service

I bought a watch for R800 from the mentioned shop. After a few months the band on the inside started fallin holes in and left me with a terrable rash. I took it back to the store and they sent it in to repairs. After about eight months or more the watch was returned where they tried to coat it with the same material the holes still visible with a message if it does the same within the next month they will give me a replacement watch or the cash. A week after I returned the watch with the same problem. They sent it in again. After 3 weeks I enquired about my watch and they said they are waiting for head office. It is always the same story an I still don't have my watch. I buy thousands of rands in cash from them and I think I deserve. Better service! I am not satisfied with what I am getting from either the store or head office as that is where they sent my watch. I want immediate action taken in this matter. As I mentioned I am a regular customer and deserve better.
