American Swiss bad customer service and bad products

My husband bought me a necklace with a butterfly pendant on 09/09/2024, he gave it to me on 05/10, it was a birthday gift. I wore it 2 times and the pendant broke. I sent 3 emails to the email addresses I could find on Google, no reply on 2 of them and one came back undelivered. I sent a message on their Facebook messenger, just got a reply with you have 30 days to return it. I cannot get through to them anymore, I want a refund please, this is not how their customers' needs to be treated.
