AMERICAN SWISS BAD CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE

i had an account with American swiss , on the mid-February 2020 i paid up my account . Beginning of April 2020 i received a statement informing me that i owed them R34.00 , and i phoned them to enquirer because i wanted to close the accout complete and to have that information reflecting on my credit bureau report . When i phoned them i was told that i had taken magazines subscription or balance cover protection and they have been deducting from last year January 2019 and i request voice recorders of the day i took that cover because i know i had never taken any cover , still today i haven't receive anything and i have been calling and calling and i was told that these things take time while they had reported on my report that i miss a payment which is not fair , I am not happy with them i want my money back and for them to close the account .
