American Swiss- Anne Klein watch

A year ago I bought a Rosegold Anne Klein watch from American Swiss. Now I need a new strap because the leather looks tarnished. They told me at American Swiss that they need to send away my watch for EIGHT weeks just to get a new strap. They also cant give me a price for the strap, apparently I need to send it away first to get a quotation for the strap. What nonsense! I must be without a watch for 2 months just to get a new strap! You cant find another strap that fits anywhere. If I new that I would never have bought the Anne Klein watch in the first place!
