American Swiss Aliwal North Operating Hours

I would like to lodge a complaint on American Swiss Aliwal North branch based in the eastern cape that turns customers away before closing time.According to the sign on the store the store operates from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturdays.During the week the staff start removing merchandise on display at 4.30pm and if you try and enter the store anytime after 4.30pm you will be turned away.This happened to me one of the weekends I arrived at the store at 12.35 and was informed i should come back on Monday.I have seen this happen to customers a lot of times but what triggered me to write this complaint is I witnessed a couple being turned away yesterday at 4.42pm.This couple had travelled all the way from Burgersdorp 57km away from Aliwal North.Aliwal North stores service customers from surrounding small towns and farms.People from Sterkspruit,Jamestown,Steynsburg,Burgersdorp travel all the way to shop in Aliwal North.If this is COMPANY POLICY please inform the public of the operating times i.e 9am-4.30pm weekdays and 9am - 12.30pm so people plan their shopping trips accordingly.
