AMERICAN SWISS - ACCOUNTS

Good day - I logged a dispute with American Swiss regarding my account balance that stays the same - they told me that i have been receiving all sorts of books amounting to R200 a month and that is why my balance on the account is not going down - After phoning numerous times the call center agents - which is really unhelpful and rude I went to the Manager at Fochini in Shelly Center - He was such a help and also submitted a thousand stuff to state that my account is actually paid up - Now I have been declined on vehicle finance due to American Swiss stating my account is in arrears - Again the Shelly Center Manager assisted me - All i need is a letter that the account is in dispute and they are attending to the query for the last 5 weeks - BUT they can not do a letter like that - SURELY some accounts manager can just sit in from of his computer and type a letter stating this - and my decline on vehicle finance can be overturned !!! Pathetic
