American swiss account

I wrote a review which was meant for American swiss not truworths. I have a concern on my account statement, each month there include phone of 20.00 and it can be 3 to 4 times in one statement, and email charge 20.00 sms charge 20.00 I do not understand these charges I understerdt there must be interstes, de calls dey do are they making intentionally to include the costs and why so so many, I pay my account monthly, but frustrated with abnormal charges
