Appauling service. We bought a ring and i have never worn it. It was taken for resizing and came back with blemishes, returned it and they said they would polish it which they did and the blemishes were still there. We now said we do not want the ring as it is clearly defective. We were initially told that the ring would be changed or we choose another ring to the same value after the defects verification process is completed . We have since been told that they can't do anything and we have to take the ring as is. We are still awaiting to engage the regional manager on the matter. If we dont get any Joy there then we will engage our legal team.

This is a brand new ring that I have not worn and has gone in for repairs 4 times and I'm told I have no choice but to take it as it is. I'm super super disappointed in the service of American Swiss.
