Bought a cross chain for R700 December 2024. The stones came lose. Had apparently only 6 months guarantee. 6 months and 14 days I took it back and they refuse as it is out of guarantee period. I would really think you get atleast a 12 months guarantee. I asked if the can repair it? I received a quote fpr 3x more that I paid for it. R2885.58. It is a joke. We are so disappointed
