American Swiss Bela Bela- Terrible I bought a watch fro the Bela Bela branch in DecembrmR1000. It tarnished so I took it back. I was told it was out of warranty but 7 weeks.If it was still under warranty they would have exchanged it. As I live 90 kilometers from Bela Bela I took the watch in when I went to Bela Bela. I cannot believe American Swiss.

I had taken the watch in when it stopped , the staff could not find the tool to take off the back to check it. I was told to go to somewhere else to check the watch battery. The watch started again so I took it nowhere.

I bought a bracelet from American Swiss in July. I took it back on 13th August as the letters I had paid for no longer showed. I was told by American Swiss that as they had ordered it from a third party there was nothing they could do.

I will not use American Swiss for anything in the future.
