American Swis robbing me...

<p>Hi, i opened an account with American Swiss , i purchased two items, and have fully paid them off , only to keep getting a bill , i paid it yet again and contacted the customer care, they advised me that i am being charged for a magazine that i specifically stated when i opened my account that i am not interested in, the help line agent said they would look into it and contact me back, neither of which has happened, my question is the form i filled out must be somewhere , and states i dont want any magazine, yet i have been charged for this for over a year without even getting any magazine, i want a refund of these amounts .</p>
