Amercan Swiss does not manufacture good quality jewelery

I got married on the 29th of November and I have been wearing my rose gold ring my husband got for me at American Swiss since then. In December my ring started getting greenish stains and I took it to American Swiss mall of Africa and I was told it is getting those stains because I an using harsh products but they took it in for polishing. I got my ring back and wore it when I was going out on Saturday by the time I was back it already started getting those stains mind you I hadn’t touched any product. I do not think American Swiss is manufacturing good quality jewelery. I mean we got my husband’s ring at another jeweler, he touches everything we use around the house with it but is still looks the same way it did when we got it. So why must American Swiss jewelery be like this?
