Amazing service

When it comes to excellent customer service, Madeleen and her team can give a few lessons to other businesses in town. In a matter of less than a month there was two items I wanted that Madeleen did not have in store. But this is no problem - she just makes a few calls, finds out where they have stock and immediately arrange couriers for my jewelery.
