Am not happy with the quality of the ring prongs.my wishes is for the ring to be fixed as it's less than a month I bought it

I bought an engagement ring 💍 on the 22 May 2024 for my girlfriend on her birthday.one prong tip is broken and now the centre stone is loss. She's no longer enjoying her engagement ring 😭.
