After sales of American Swiss is terrible

Initially American Swiss is friendly and helpful when you are spending money but try and return something and you are met unhelpful and unfriendly service. I bought a ring 8 Nov with earrings. Want to return the ring within the 30 days and am told it has scratches. Total nonsense it does not have scratches. I took it for a 3rd opinion jewellery said its as good as new. I have the receipt, the box and its within 30 days. Not only do I get yelled at by the area manager I have not received my credit. I will be taking this further. Terrible service and I would recommend you never buy there as the after service is terrible!
