Additional Cost For Everything

I've been struggling with this ring I got my fiance for a few weeks now and it's just becoming a drag and making the whole engagement start horrible. I buy the ring in June, I propose in November, get it resized and a few days after the resize the stone falls out. I'm eventually told that they going to get me a new ring. New ring comes and I'm told that I have to pay for the resize again.. Why on earth do I need to pay for the re size?! The only reason I'm in this position in the first place is because of that re size. The ring was perfectly fine until the resize. Almost a whole 800 rand again!

And now I'm told I can send the ring back to the original shop which is in PE I think and have to pay for a new stone to be placed back. This is ridiculous. It's a new ring that was worn only for a few time before the resize and then 2 days after the re size. Why do I need to pay more!? American Swiss Canal Walk.. Do better!!
