Account paid in full, still receiving bills

I paid my account in full at the end of January 2017. For the last 2 months I have been trying to find out why I am still getting billed. Customer services informs me that it is because of cellphone insurance, which was supposed to be cancelled when I paid the account in full. There is also a subscription to a magazine, which I didn't authorise. Now I am getting threatening messages from the collection department, because I don't want to pay what I didn't ask for, and upon quering, no one is able to assist or give explanation as to why I am getting billed. My biggest concern is how long I have been paying for this magazine, which I never received, or asked for in the first place, and what about the charges related to that. The customer service department is completely up to ****, and when you ask to speak to a manager, that person is never available

So after numerous messages and email in which I was cc'd, I now receive a sms that my account is still in arrears, and that payment on my paid up account must be made to avoid legal action being taken against me. It would seem like my next step step would be to contact someone with regards to consumer protection, and the way that American Swiss is nullifying all laws in South Africa regarding Service provision and consumer protection

So still I receive a statement and threatening messages about a paid up account being in arrears. Newest addition to my list of costs is a payment for a collection letter. So I must now pay a collection letter on a account which has been paid up. This is seriously starting to tick me off, and if not resolved I will contact a attorney, as my credit score is being influenced becasue of a bunch of *********** idiots who cannot figure out how to stop billing me for something which I didn't buy or ask for.
