Account balance not decreasing
I wrote to hellopeter about my American Swiss account. My monthly installment was not changing for more than 14 months. I got a response that it is resolved. The resolvement was only for 1 month. Now they are back to their old tricks. Last month I paid and balance was R500 now I want to make a payment and the balance is over R700. What is exactly happening with this shop? Please assist
