Abysmal Service at Ballito Branch

Hi,

I experienced incredibly bad service at the Ballito Branch, an Employee who I believe is the manager there - Michelle - was rude, condescending and suggested I do ********* things at the Gateway Branch, she was also dishonest and purposefully made a return difficult for me. I would like to report her for the ********* behaviour she suggested I perform.
