Absolutely pathetic quality and services.

Absolutely Terrible quality and service. Biggest mistake I've ever made purchasing my wedding ring from American Swiss. Diamonds fell of 3 times within 2 years of purchase and had to go in for replacements. On one occasion when my ring had gone in for replacement of the smaller diamonds that fell of, it came back with a yellow centred diamond. When I had brought it to the managers attention that was defintely not my diamomd she took the ring back and said they will enquire about it. Apparently polish was stuck on the ring that changed the diamond colour. Pathetic cover up for their crime of *****ing my diamond. Not even 2 years have gone and my wedding ring broke! When I took it back they said it was due to sizing. It was sent back to the manufacturer. I was told to come in and they would replace my ring with another from stock. When I had gone to the store to see the new ring for sizing, there were diamonds missing from the new ring as well! What a joke of company! I'm absolutely appauled by such poor service. And then i was told the manufacturer would make me one to fit my size, but I defintely do not trust the workmanship any longer. I was then told that I could take a ring of similar value. But this would never replace the sentiment of my wedding ring. Pathetic quality and service from a store that claims to be number one in the world. Wedding rings are supposed to be forever!
