**** 9KT GOLD CHAIN

On the 25th March I purchased a 9kt Gold Chain with the value of R10 000 at American Swiss Somerset branch. The colour of the chain has a very darker yellow than usual hence I took the chain to a Jeweller to check if the chain is 9kt Gold, and it turns out not to be. I took it to a second opinion and got the same out come. I only had the chain for 16 days and took it to the nearest branch which is American Swiss Zevenwacht. I have not gotten any feedback from any of these stores as the sales associates told me that they will show the product to their area manager its been almost a week and no feedback. This is totally unacceptable and I want my full refund!!!
