9ct Gold sold but is it a copy?

I Baugh a suppositely 9 carat gold chain from American Swiss in Ballito Junction in September 2024. It slowly started changing colour and now it's 80% black. I am honestly doubting that I was sold a 9ct gold chain. Not even a good quality immitation chain would do that. Think again before you purchase from this store.

I went into store and the staff was extremely helpful. They exvpaind that the color change is usually caused by high acidity. The chain was taken and sent for repair. Thank you to the helpful staff of America Swiss Ballito Junction!
