I bought a ring for my partner in 2022 that was too small and return it which they gave me a voucher card as they said they cannot give me cash or put the money back on my credit card. I did not use the voucher until yesterday in Plettenbergbay to buy a watch for my partner then the sales lady said the voucher is declined on which she phoned customer care and they said my voucher is already been used in 2025….I haven’t used it as I was carrying it in my purse all the time with my other cards!!!! They could not tell me where it was used and what was purchased!!!! That is unexceptable!!!!
