Creating good out of a bad start

The Durban Rep, delivered exceptionally poor service. However soon after I complained, I was told that the Durban Rep, had been relieved of duty and I was assured that I would receive the service that was originally promised. We waited with baited breath to see whether the fitment team would arrive. <br> <br> Not only did they arrive, but they were quick, professional, remarkably silent and efficient despite having to deal with load-shedding. There was minimal mess and they were in and out on the same day.<br> <br> The product is beautiful and I am happy to recommend them as a service provider.
