Ice cream is off

I bought a 2.0 litre ice cream from Shoprite a month and a half. I contact American Parlour to tell them the same day that I bought it that the ice cream is off. They then replaced it with another one which the guy told me is not the same type but more expensive. When I got home and wanted to eat some of it it did not taste like ic cream. I contacted them again and they promise me that they will test it and come back to me. I several times had to called him. He then said that he will replace it which was promised to me in a weeks time. I am still waiting for it. Do not purchase there product very bad service.
