Poor customer service
I bought indoor soccer boots at American Man Sportswear & Footwear(Paragon Sports) in Centurion on the 15 May 2026(Friday) and the following day(16th) I wore them for my soccer match, I played the match and I only noticed after the match that my socks had blood stains at the back of my feet(both left and right feet). I guess I couldn't feel the pain during the match because the wounds were still new and fresh. Last Saturday(23/05/2026) I couldn't wear them at all for another match as the wounds were still open. Monday(25/05/2026) I decided to call the store, when I called the store I spoke to the lady and I explained my encounter with thier soccer boots, she said I must bring the boots for exchanged. Today(Friday, 29/05/2026) I drove to the store and I met the manager by the name of Pravesh, I showed him the physical injuries and the photos of the injuries I took after the game. To my suprise the guy told me that there's nothing he can do because I had worn the boots. Just imagine I drove all the way to be told such nonsense 😥, instead he wanted me to buy another soccer boots and didn't want to account for the injuries I sustained from their poor quality boots. I mean I bought other items and my son's boots there before and the was no problem with those items. I'm very disappointed with them as they are now showing me that they never cared nor value thier customers, all they're interested in is only the money.
