R1600 refund Outstanding

I have really given up on this one, as I'm short of going the legal route...<br> I had paid for a Jeep driver's window which I was told they have and later (after delays in delivering) they said they no longer have and will reimburse me.<br> <br> That was 2 months ago and despite my repetitive calls for payment proofs, I'm still left waiting...
