Going the extra mile - literally.

American Fanatics is as reliable as they come. Almost 12 years ago I was on my way to go the coast for a holiday, when my car broke down, one call to them and they sent out a technician, who was there surprisingly quick. He attended to my problem and got me back on the road. They went more than 400km out of their way to get me and my family back on the road. This part December I had a breakdown again but with a brand of vehicle that is outside their normal field of expertise. I was almost at the coast when they drove all the way down to assist me. I was given their vehicle to use until they could fix the problem on my vehicle. I have never experienced such kind of commitment to their clients happiness. Thank you American Fanatics, Mel and his team for always being just one phone call away, your willingness to keep clients happy is really commendable.
