W*******!!! taking my money

I requested to send money to Jerusalem. The person whom assisted me explained that if for any reason the money was received I would lose a specified amount which he pointed out to me on the screen and said out loud which was R190 and I agreed. I however sent it to the wrong country in the end but now the company is refusing to deduct what was said to me but more! they are saying that the price deducted would be according to todays exchange rate plus further costs and I would have to pay all costs again to send it to the correct country. They had me sitting in line for 3 hours and eventually left as they could not assist me. they contacted to me say that now the rand has dropped and I will be losing even more money and I will have to pay fees in order to retrieve back my own money. none of this was explained to me or my daughter whom was with me. he clearly stipulated what the amount was which was going to be deducted if anything happens. this is unacceptable and completely unprofessional and unorthodox. I WOULD NEVER HAVE AGREED TO ALL OF THIS AS I CANNOT AFFORD ALL THESE COSTS!!!! TOTAL W*******S AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
