Terrible experience

I went to the centurion branch and I found the experience to be terribly poor. The staff contradicted the policy on the sign regarding what is required for exchange. As well as their attitude to be unfriendly and ride. I will be advising my company to no longer make use for myself or my staff based on this experience. Training is desperately needed. Specifically a lady named Elsie
