Poor customer service

<p>I went to your branch in sandton city, after waiting for nearly 30 minutes, which I may have understood, had the service which I recieved been proper. I got to the counter and the male teller already behaves or rather has this affect of my wasting his time and that he just wanted to go home. I confronted him on that and his response was to smile. Long story short, gave him an invoice as proof of residence, he told me its not acceptible,told him.im renting..he said he would accept a bank statement. This was at 5.45pm..he told me if I get back after 6..he wont help. So I run to the atm, printed a statement and got back by 5.5o or less. Got to the american express, panting, only to be met with locked doors and a gentleman informing us that 6 is when they leave. My problem is..why did that teller allow me to rush to the bank knowing full well he wont help and his attitude towards me. I wasnt there to beg, I was there to pay for a service. I would have appreciated, to be treated as such.</p>
