No funds available for exchange

I went by the American Express Foreign Exchange in Menlyn on Monday and it was closed by 6pm but on the net their closing time updated as 7pm. On Tuesday I go again, at 5:35 go in and as I was to fill in the recieve form, the teller says they do not have money. I was so ****ed, she said she was left alone and manager had left. How I don't know, she called the manager expected me to talk over the phone with the manager and the manager didn't even seem bothered. This has been the worst service ever since, couldn't even get the girl's name because she wasn't even wearing a name badge.
